The valet parking was VERY convenient. A porter promptly greeted us and handled our luggage. The suite included free soft drinks, which i appreciated. The bed was HUGE.
The postage fee for returning a left-behind item felt a little excessive.

the grounds were well maintained and beautiful. the building itself was excellent with some history I thought.
the food at greys restaurant was simple and not exciting. i found the experience menu to be contrived and not worth the money. it was like the hotel was penny-pinching in some areas, not something i expect from a hotel of this supposed caliber.

The gardens were good. A true treat to wander through. the staff were also very attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. the food was AMAZING!!!
The spa facilities seemed a little outdated. I expected more from a hotel of this calibre. the restaurant menu had limited options, disappointing for a longer stay.
